Greetings to you in Jesus’ name, and welcome to our web site! I am highly favoured of God to be privileged to serve so great a people in ministry at Wood Street

Tabernacle, Church of God in Christ. It is awesome to think that God in his infinite wisdom would make choice of me for such a task.

We have been experiencing a tremendous outpouring of the Holy Spirit and many lives have been transformed. We believe that this is only just the beginning and we are expecting many more blessings.

If you are a first time visitor to Wood Street you will find that we are neither frigidly formal nor foolishly fanatical, but we are earnestly evangelical and purely Pentecostal.

The Mission of Wood St. Tabernacle COGIC is to glorify God, edify the saints, and evangelize the lost.

More specifically, the purpose and mission of Wood Street Tabernacle COGIC is to effectively minister to people of all nations, colours, and life situations through the Word of God and through committed leadership to promote spiritual growth and victorious living.
