Prison Ministry
Greetings in Jesus’ name. It’s a pleasure to share with you concerning prison ministry, which, I’ve been involved with since 1981.
I am still going strong with a passion and commitment for the Lord’s work and reaching those precious inmates whom Jesus loves and care’s for. I know God has a future and destiny for them if they heed His call.
The name of the Ministry has been changed several times over the years from the St Helen’s Borstal team, to Arklight Trust and now presently named SOW Light Ministries.
Our Web site is www.sowlight.com. Different teams under the umbrella of SOW Light Ministries visit different prisons or Young Offenders Institutions (YOI): Huntercombe – the prison I visit Rochester Prison Swaleside Prison Feltham (YOI) Former visits over the years were made to: Glen Parva The Mount (in Hemel Hempstead) Aylesbury Prison Guy’s Marsh Dover Also, there’s a good relationship with the Chaplains and prison officers.
Many young men’s lives have been changed and touched by this Ministry.
Keep praying for us.
